One day every two months, I review with you the numbers, the decisions under consideration, the blind spots and what needs to be monitored. The relationship is direct and one-on-one with the business owner. You can write to me between meetings; I respond within two business days. I review the relationship with you regularly to confirm that it remains useful.
The situation assessment brings together the available information, distinguishes facts from assumptions, clarifies the issues and identifies an appropriate next step. It includes two meetings over roughly two weeks and leads to a concise four-to-six-page note.
This engagement puts the options in perspective using criteria developed with you. It examines what would rule out an option, sensitive assumptions and the consequences of each scenario — including consolidating, waiting or choosing not to grow.
This engagement defines the decision, examines consequences, tests scenarios and makes assumptions visible. When the data supports it, financial analysis helps compare the options without pretending to remove uncertainty.
This engagement follows a structured process to define the problem, measure the situation, analyze root causes, choose the intervention and determine what should be monitored over time.
